This site is published by TANASA REAL ESTATE, a property agency based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire. The agency lets, manages and sells homes and offices, and acts as managing agent for buildings.

The framework of the profession

In Côte d’Ivoire, running a property agency is governed by the Construction and Housing Code, law no. 2019-576 of 26 June 2019, under its title 3. That text sets the conditions for practising and the licence granted by the ministry responsible for Housing.

It also requires the agency to show, on its professional documents, the number and date of its licence together with the name of its registered property administrator. Those three details appear in the list below, because we do not have them.

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. and served from its network. No Ivorian text obliges us to publish this; we give it because it says something more useful: loading a page of this site sends your request outside Ivorian territory.

The Privacy policy sets out what leaves the country, and what stays on your device.

WHAT IS MISSING

What this page does not publish

Article 5 of law no. 2013-546 of 30 July 2013 on electronic transactions requires any business trading online to keep its full company details available to the public. They have not been passed to us, and we invent none of them.

Here, by name, is what is missing.

• The exact registered company name, and its legal form.

• The full address of the registered office, and that of the establishment which handles enquiries.

• The agency’s telephone number, and its email address.

• The registration number in the trade and personal property credit register, with the registry that issued it.

• The amount of the share capital.

• The agency’s taxpayer account number, that is, its tax identification.

• The number and date of the property agency licence, and the name of the registered property administrator.

Each line will be written here on the day the agency passes it to us. Until then, this page says what it knows and stays silent on the rest.

The words, drawings, photographs and code of this site are protected by copyright. Reusing them requires the written permission of the rights holder.

This site also uses third-party works released under open licences: three-dimensional models, a software decoder, and the map outlines of Abidjan. Their licences require a credit the reader can see.

That credit is given in full on the Credits page, with the author’s name, the name of the work, and the link to the licence.

What the published information is worth

The properties shown on this site are shown for information. A floor area, a price, an availability are checked with the agency: only a signed document with the agency binds the parties.

Some links lead to sites we do not run. We answer neither for their content, nor for what they do with your data.
